2. Products and Services
A. Product Sales (E-commerce)
Pricing and Availability: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
Accuracy of Information: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
B. Interior Design Services
Consultation: Any design advice, plans, or consultations provided are based on the information and measurements you provide. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate client-supplied data.
Implementation: Intrici Interiors is a design provider. We are not responsible for the work or conduct of third-party contractors, builders, or installers you hire based on our recommendations or plans.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Intrici Interiors and its licensors.
All design plans, concepts, documents, and visual media created by Intrici Interiors for a client remain the intellectual property of Intrici Interiors, unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate written contract.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
4. Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Intrici Interiors.
Intrici Interiors has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Intrici Interiors shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Our policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds is outlined in a separate Shipping and Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
For design services, fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, as specified in your design contract.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
